Provides assistance throughout the building design process, including programming, preparation of design and construction documents, presentation materials, schematic design, design development and contract documents, model building, renderings and construction administration activities under routine guidance.
Project responsibility for planning, development and execution of technical documentation which may include interpreting, organizing and coordinating project team assignments.
Develops creative conceptual, schematic and design development solutions.
Responsible for coordinating activities associates in the design, development, preparation, production and quality control of project documents and construction administration.
Primary leadership responsibility in managing both the client relationship (in collaboration with Managing Principal, Design Principal, and Technical Principal) and project success, as measured in client satisfaction, work quality, profitability, and fostering team professionalism and collaboration. Manages all phases of project through construction including Budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, construction documents with authority to direct and monitor all activities.
