Arbor Terrace of John's Creek is built on principles of best practices.

Positioning of this 100-bed community onsite made it possible to create two distinct, private courtyards for assisted living and memory care residents completely separated from back-of-house functions and services. This approach to planning, not often achieved, provided a significant reduction in building length. This enabled the design scale to be more in harmony with the luxury residential communities that surround Arbor Terrace of John’s Creek.

Amenities and planned spaces fronting the courtyards work seamlessly with the outdoor spaces where residents enjoy expanded use. Arbor Terrace also offers an environment that gives special consideration to residential suites created to meet the needs of seniors who are transitioning between assisted living and memory care—called Bridges.
